A skilled listener, negotiator, and facilitator, Rod is well respected for his strategic approach to business issues and corporate governance. He has an excellent track record in framing and negotiating the terms of significant transactions on behalf of high-tech companies and venture capital investors. Rod has chaired the Technology and Business Law Group of one of Atlantic Canada's largest law firms. He is currently the national President of the Canadian IT Law Association. An active member of the community and an avid outdoor adventurer, Rod also brings his expertise to several business boards and non-profit organizations.
